What causes this issue?

The configuration in its current state cannot be activated. This
inconsistent state might occur when the corresponding recording has been
modified in a way that all fields have been removed from the program(s)
to which the selected application component belongs.

Configuration '&V1& ' is inconsistent. Application component '&V2&' is
invalid

How to fix this error?

Either adjust corresponding recording or change the application
component to one of the available values.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
