Unable to establish a connection to the target system.

see the number of remaining attempts from the list.

How to fix this error?

Check that the specified destination represents a valid connection (by
double-clicking on the destination). Ask your system administrator to
check that the gateway is OK. Sometimes, the gateway needs to be
restarted (using the process gwrd).
