What causes this issue?

When a service group is assigned to a contract implementation, all
consumers in the service group must be matched to the contract
implementation. A consumer is matched when each request message of the
consumer corresponds to a request message in the contract implementation
with the same xml qname.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
