What causes this issue?

The source method has a response parameter, but there is no mapping
method for it, or there is a mapping method for a non-existent
response.This can happen when the mode of the consumer method was
changed after the mapping was created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

do some change on the source method of the mapping (dummy change is
enough, like delete method name and refill it with old name) and
activate.
