What causes this issue?

You have maintained a value for IFR_HTTP_DEST in table SPROXSET.

System Response

The entry in SPROXSET means that you might be using a repository that
does not match the repository that is maintained in the exchange
profile. This can lead to undesirable and unexpected results when
proxies are generated.

How to fix this error?

Where possible, use TA SPROXSET to delete the entries for IFR_HTTP_DEST
and ADDRESS_ONLY_FROM_SPROXSET. Contact your system administrator before
doing so, however. This is particularly important if you need to delete
entries of other users.
