What causes this issue?

Only one unprocessed output is allowed for each processing (for
example, fax, e-mail, workflow, print) of an action type for the
technology used for action merging.

System Response

All additional unprocessed actions found are deleted.

How to fix this error?

The setting for action merging is made in Customizing of the action
definition.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
