What causes this issue?

An error occurred with provider &V1& while deleting subscription &V2&.

System Response

The error was ignored and subscription &V2& was deleted anyway.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

In the administration screen for provider &V1&, check whether the
recording of data changes (delta) was correctly modified or correctly
stopped. If this is not the case, check the recording in the
administration screen of the provider.
Also please check whether all the objects belonging to subscription &V2&
have been deleted on the provider &V1&. If this is not the case, delete
these obsolete objects in the administration screen of the provider.
