Check is based on ICF paths created during activation of a web service
configuration (end-point) for an ABAP Web Service.
It checks if the path is still used by an active configuration.

To fix an inconsistency the action delete is offered.
After deletion of an ICF path a further check might find another
obsolete ICF path.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
