What causes this issue?

The changes and entries in the table will not be activated, this means
they have no effect on the saving of the document texts. This can be
achieved if the generation of a report is explicitly allowed.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Set the flag SOC3_SPLIT to X in the include program LSO35D01.
