What causes this issue?

The system could not delete your temporary work file.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If this error occurs repeatedly, you should delete your temporary
work file(s) yourself.
You can delete your work file by selecting the command 'Delete
PC work file' (System -> Services -> Office -> Administration ->
Delete PC work file)
The standard entry '*' deletes the old SAPoffice work files of
all document types.
You can also specify a certain document type. In this case, only the
files of this type are deleted.
