    The source to target OData service mapping is not properly defined.

    Cannot send a request to create an external object instance in SAP Jam.
    This means that you cannot enable certain collaboration features, such
    as Share or Discuss, for this business object.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator to set up the OData service mapping.

    Check the mapping in the OData Service Registry or in any
    application-specific Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) you have implemented
    related to OData mapping.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
