  • What causes this issue?

    You attempted to install a license with an incorrect system number. All
    licenses installed for an SID in a system must either have the same
    system number or the system number "INITAL_SYSTEM_IDX". The latter
    option means that no system number is assigned to the license.

    Check whether the license is really intended for this system, or whether
    the system number displayed in transaction SLICENSE is perhaps
    incorrect. In the latter case, you need to delete all existing licenses
    before you can install the new license.
