  • What causes this issue?

You attempted to install a license with an incorrect system number. All
licenses installed for an SID in a system must either have the same
system number or the system number "INITAL_SYSTEM_IDX". The latter
option means that no system number is assigned to the license.

    System Response

    How to fix this error?

Check whether the license is really intended for this system, or whether
the system number displayed in transaction SLICENSE is perhaps
incorrect. In the latter case, you need to delete all existing licenses
before you can install the new license.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
