    The directory service has sent a referral or search result reference,
    and the ICM LDAP plug-in is configured to chase this object.
    The option that referrals and search result references can be chased
    without having a whitelist entry in the own system has not been set.
    Therefore, the ICM LDAP plug-in searches the LDAP Server customizing for
    an entry of LDAP application "Referral Target (Whitelist)" matching the
    provided hostname and port.
    No such entry could be found; therefore, referral chasing has been
    terminated with this error message.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Either maintain the referral target in the whitelist or enable trust to
    all referrals received from the directory service in the LDAP server
    customizing of the server which sent the referral.
