What causes this issue?

You tried to save translations of an object, but a background job to
automatically distribute proposals is processing the same object type.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

(The automatic proposal distribution distributes translated texts in the
proposal pool by specified criteria, to translate new or incorrectly
translated texts without manual effort.)

System Response

Your text save must be cancelled, to avoid database inconsistencies.

How to fix this error?

You can save as usual as soon as the distribution has finished with the
current object type, but you will not be explicitly informed.
In the worst case, you could crash the program when you save if a new
text is created with the same database key by both the distribution and
you. This unlikely case cannot be excluded, but is not a major rest
