    Either there is an inconsistency between the mapping information in
    Service Implementation Workbench (SIW) (sxf format) and the proxy
    definition, or no (active) proxy exists.

    The system does not generate the implementations.

    How to fix this error?

    First, must first (re)generate the proxy.
    If this is not possible in SIW, use transaction <DS>
    <DS:TRAN.SPROXY>SPROXY</></> and try to generate the proxy there. This
    transaction will provide you with more detailed error information.
