    The system could not generate objects in a remote system because of
    remote function call (RFC) connections that are not working or not
    defined.

    To find the RFC connections that do not work, go to Customizing activity
    <DS><DS:SIMG.DEFINE LANDSCAPE>Define Landscape</></> in transaction
    <LS>SIW</> under the menu path <LS>Goto -> Customizing (IMG)</>.
    Check whether you have defined valid RFC connections. If you have done
    so, ask your system administrator to check the remote connections.
