How to fix this error?

Change your selection criteria. You can enter values in the field for
which you want to see a list of values, in fields of the same table on
the screen, or in the screen flow logic. After performing the function
"Select new values" for the displayed value list, the selection
conditions are evaluated according to the conditions in the Popup
"Restrict value range".
