What causes this issue?

Test case &V1& contains a link to another test case (&V2&). Test case
&V2& is not taken into consideration in the copy - that is, no copy is
created. The link still exists in the copy of the test case &V1&, but it
leads to the test case &V2& supplied by SAP.

You can copy test case &V2& and adjust the link in test case &V1&
accordingly.
