What causes this issue?

You tried to create a structure that already exists in another
language.

System Response

Creation of the structure is cancelled.

How to fix this error?

A structure can only be maintained in the language in which it was
created. If you want to create a new structure, select a name that has
not been used before. To obtain a list of existing structures, delete
the entries from the fields 'Structure' and 'Language' and execute the
<LS>Find</> function.
