What causes this issue?

When displaying the Project IMG, it was found that the underlying
Enterprise IMG was changed since the last specification of the
project scope. It is therefore possible that the Project IMG is
no longer current.

System Response

The Project IMG is nevertheless displayed.

How to fix this error?

Regenerate the Project IMG. To do this, go into Project management
in Customizing and change the current project. Redetermine the
project scope.
