What causes this issue?

You need authorization to work in Customizing. You have not been
assigned the required authorization.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You need authorization profile S_PROJ_DIS or higher in your user master
record to be able to work in Customizing. Ask your system administrator
to assign you this authorization.
