What causes this issue?

The current ERP system implementation method is process-oriented.
Projects must be created from the configuration tool. If you create a
project in the ERP system first, you cannot use configuration tool data
for this project.

System Response

The project can be created, but you can only use the project if you
switch to the component-oriented implementation method.

How to fix this error?

If you need a project for process-oriented customizing, create it with
the configuration tool.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
