  • What causes this issue?

    The reporting tree to be used to generate the menu does not exist.
    The specified report tree should be used as a basis for the info
    catalog in the Session Manager.

    System Response

    There are no entries in the current system or client for the specified
    reporting tree.

    How to fix this error?

    In the transaction SERP check whether the relevant report tree exists
    in the client in which you want to generate the menu.
    If necessary carry out the generation in the client in which the
    required report tree does exist. The resulting menu will be
    cross-client.
