What causes this issue?

An error has been found in line &v2& of file &v1& This has resulted in
a message in the following entry of the application log.
The error does not lead to problems in the processing in the Data
Transfer Workbench, if data is only loaded from one file. If, however,
in an error situation IDocs are created in the database, this IDoc
cannot be started again without first removing the error.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
