    What causes this issue?

The system assumes that one of the last calls of the Document
Relationship Browser has terminated. To avoid the current call
terminating, the DRB switches to a special secure mode. This mode takes
longer, but is a lot more stable. However, the system may not determine
    all of the links.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

See the messages in the log. (Goto -> Log in the menu). You will find
more information there. In particular, you should investigate messages
that indicate syntax errors or similar system errors.
If the log does not contain any further information about syntax errors
or similar, the cause of the error may have been corrected in the
meantime. The next time you call the DRB it should work normally, that
    is, not in secure mode.
