  • What causes this issue?

    Your system contains a pilot version of the Release 4.0 translation
    environment (Transaction SENN), which is active during a transitional
    phase for certain languages, as well as the standard translation
    environment (Transaction SE63).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The target language which you specified is identified in the system as
    a pilot language. You must use Transaction SENN to translate into this
    language.
