    This entry may be in the object list for one of the following reasons:
    The function group &V4& is new or has been deleted.
    These actions are not supported by SAP Note Assistant. You cannot use
    SAP Notes to create or delete function groups.
    A function module has been deleted from the function group &V4&.
    When a function module is deleted, its entire function group &V4& is
    locked. This action is not supported by SAP Note Assistant. You cannot
    use SAP Notes to delete function modules.
    A function module has been moved from the function group &V4& to a
    different function group.
    This action is not supported by Note Assistant in customer systems.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the Workbench request and decide whether you want to use SAP Note
    Assistant to make these changes.
