Message text: Objects could not be included in a change request
For the Note implementation, all objects to be corrected must be
included in a change request. In this particular instance however, at
least one object could not be included in a change request, since it
belongs to a package (such as $TMP) that is not subjected to change
recording by the Workbench Organizer. Presumably, the object in question
is one that you previously created yourself.
Move the objects in question to a package that has the same
consolidation target as the objects of the SAP standard. You can then
implement the Note.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Objects could not be included in a change request ?The SAP error message SCWN064 indicates that certain objects could not be included in a change request. This typically occurs when you are trying to transport or include objects (like programs, function modules, or other development objects) into a transport request, but there are issues preventing this from happening.
Causes:
- Object Locking: The objects you are trying to include may be locked by another user or process.
- Transport Request Issues: The transport request may be in a status that does not allow for the inclusion of new objects (e.g., it might be released or closed).
- Missing Authorizations: The user may not have the necessary authorizations to include the objects in the transport request.
- Object Type Restrictions: Certain object types may not be allowed to be included in transport requests due to system settings or configurations.
- Development Class Issues: The objects may not belong to a development class that is transportable.
- Inconsistent Object State: The objects may be in an inconsistent state or not properly activated.
Solutions:
- Check Object Locks: Use transaction code SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools) to check if the objects are locked and by whom. If they are locked, you may need to wait for the lock to be released or contact the user who has locked the object.
- Review Transport Request Status: Ensure that the transport request is in a status that allows for the inclusion of objects. If it is released or closed, you may need to create a new transport request.
- Verify Authorizations: Check if the user has the necessary authorizations to include the objects in the transport request. You may need to consult with your SAP security team.
- Check Object Types: Review the object types you are trying to include and ensure they are allowed in transport requests. Consult the SAP documentation for any restrictions.
- Development Class: Ensure that the objects belong to a transportable development class. If not, you may need to change the development class of the objects.
- Activate Objects: If the objects are not activated, activate them first before trying to include them in the transport request.
