urgent cases or in a BC Set activation, you can change the data. If a
customizing object is locked, inconsistencies may occur in your system
landscape.
Before Solution Manager 3.1 SP5 this error may arise because your user
ID is not valid in the central system. Try again with a user ID which
isalso valid in the central system.
