    the TMS parameter ?OPERATION_MODE? having the value 'QUEUED' or
    'QUEUED_DYNAMIC', the system issues an error message as the mechanism
    described above requires a job scheduling.
    The transport requests included in the transport collection are not
    imported into the target systems during the import of the transport
    collection.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the TMS parameter ?OPERATION_MODE? has the correct value.
    If it does, schedule a job for program ?SCTS_QUEUE_IMPORT_CONTROL? in
    system &v2&. You can do this by using either the ?Central CTS
    Configuration? user interface or the report
    ?SCTS_SCHEDULE_IMPORT4QUEUED' in system &v2&.
