    Check and either create the metadata object for the referenced API &V1&
    or fix the reference.
    To create the metadata object for the referenced API &V1& or to fix the
    reference, perform the following steps:
    Call transaction SLAPI.
    Insert new entry with API name &V1& and maintain the attributes or
    Select the line containing &V2&.
    Choose "Ref to other API".
    Fix the referenced API&V1&.
