What causes this issue?

If a BC Set is to be enhanced with the contents of another BC Set, the
types of the BC Sets must match, i.e. a value BC Set can only be
enhanced by another value BC Set, and a hierarchical BC Set can only be
enhanced by another hierarchical BC Set.
These BC Set types do not match.

Processing is cancelled.

How to fix this error?

Choose another enhancement BC Set and repeat the action.
