What causes this issue?

BC Set '&V1&' is cross-client. Cross-client BC Sets are not activated
in 'Switch BC Set Creation Systems'. A system is a Switch BC Set
creation system if at least one client is configured as a 'Switch BC Set
Creation Client'. You can see or make this setting per client, in the
transaction 'SCC4' in 'Changing Switch Customizing', under 'Creating
Switch BC Sets'.

System Response

The BC Set was not activated.

How to fix this error?

No action is usually necessary, because the data in the BC Set is not
for the current system.
If the BC Set data is required in the system, copy it manually.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
