Message text: BC Set &1 contains incomplete data records
You have tried to activate an incomplete BC Set.
Incomplete BC Sets occur in automatic customizing recording. They only
contain the data record key of some or all of the data records.
As the activation of incomplete BC Sets nearly always causes unintended
deletions and inconsistencies in the activation client, the activation
of such BC Sets is forbidden.
The BC Set is not activated. If you are activating several BC Sets, the
other BC Sets are activated.
If you want to activate the BC Set, you must first complete it, by
saving it again in the transaction 'SCPR3'.
<ZH>Caution</>: You must do this in the system and client in which the
BC Set was created, and transport it back into the activation system if
necessary.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
