You tried to activate one or more BC Sets, but one or more of them has
a release validity which is not valid in the activation system.
The activation procedure is cancelled, without writing data into the
system. If you are activating several BC Sets, those with valid
releases are not activated either.
Check the current release of the software component, and the release
range of the BC Sets. Only activate valid BC Sets.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
