What causes this issue?

System Response

Th system can put data from object '&V1&' in the BC Set, but it is
<ZH>not</> written to the database when you activate the BC Set. Any
data for activatable objects is written.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator, the person responsible for this
customizing object, or SAP.
