Message text: Activation of object &1 not possible because of system settings
You want to activate one or more BC Sets. The system and/or client
settings prevent the activation of some of the customizing objects in
the BC Set.
You can see these client settings in the transaction 'SCC4' by
displaying the details of the activation client. For all customizing
objects to be able to be activated, the following settings are required:
The 'Client Role' must not be 'Production'.
'Change and Transport Cross-Client Objects' must not be 'No Changes
Allowed'.
'Changes to Cross-Client Objects' must be 'Changes to Repository and
Cross-Client Customizing Allowed'.
The system must be changeable. The setting is under 'System
Changeability' in transaction 'SE06'.
Only those customizing objects are activated which are allowed by their
category, client-dependence, and the system and client settings
described above.
Ask your administrator to change the settings accordingly.
If this is not possible, your options depend on the actual settings and
customizing objects. You may be able to activate cross-client
customizing objects which can only not be activated because of the
client setting for cross-client objects, in another client.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
