Message type: E = Error
Message class: SCPR - BC Sets
Message number: 206
Message text: Invalid release at activation
The activation of one or more BC Sets has been started. Only BC Sets
whose release range is valid in the current system (or in the current
system landscape) can be activated. This applies to the software
component to which the BC Set is assigned.
For one or more of the specified BC Sets, the release validity range
conflicts with the current release of the software component.
An activation without dialog is cancelled. If there are several BC Sets,
none of them is activated, even if only one of them has an invalid
release. The user can continue a dialog activation. Only the BC Sets
with an invalid release are not activated. If the user cancels, the
entire activation is cancelled, as in no dialog.
The invalid BC Sets are logged in the activation log.
Check the release-validity of the specified BC Sets. Only activate valid
BC Sets.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
