What causes this issue?

You tried to create a BC Set from a transport request which contains
data from another client.

System Response

The system can only put data from the current client into the BC set.

How to fix this error?

Go to the client in which the transport request was created and create
the BC Set there.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
