What causes this issue?

The specified text table does not satisfy the prerequisites. The generic
codelist provider only supports language-specific text tables with a
foreign key relationship of type 'Text' to the configuration table of
codes.

System Response

The specified text table is not accepted.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the specified text table name is correct.
If so, the generic codelist provider does not support this code.
You must create your own code value input help implementation and put
its provider class in the GDT definition.
