What causes this issue?

Entries are maintained for process ID <(>&<)>1 in table SCMI_PROC_VAL,
but process ID <(>&<)>1 is not assigned to any environment type in table
SCMI_PROC_ENV.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either assign process ID <(>&<)>1 to the right environment type in table
SCMI_PROC_ENV or remove the obsolete entries from table SCMI_PROC_VAL.
