The entered RFC destination must reference a system in which the
software component SAP_BASIS 7.51 or higher is installed. Systems with a
lower release cannot be used as reference check systems (which
corresponds with the central ATC check system).
If the error message occurs in a system with software component
SAP_BASIS 7.51 or higher, import SAP Notes 2181403 in the reference
check system or the central ATC check system,
