The receiving system has not sent confirmation.
The receiving system is able to send confirmation that it has received
an alert. This confirmation must be in a defined XML format. The
confirmation is optional.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If no confirmation is to be sent, ignore this message. If one is to be
sent, check whether the receiving system is available. Use transaction
SM59 to test the connection.
