    How to fix this error?

    Start selection for the last period of time (for example the last 15
    minutes) as follows:
    - Perform the program RS_AC_ANALYSIS_TOOLS
    - Goto tab "Scenario Recording & Recovery"
    - Press button "Start Data Collector"
    - Enter date & time and define the number of minutes (backwards)
    Remark: Environments have been reset successfully.
