    The status "active" for the online import could not be set in the
    program buffer. The reason for this might be because a previous online
    import was not correctly ended, or because the preparation for the
    current online import (loading and locking of programs, and appending
    the list to the program buffer) has not been performed.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Terminate all running online imports and restart the current online
    import.
