What causes this issue?

The tenant URL of the client is not set in table CLMS_TENANT.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Execute the tenant setup from the SPC to set the tenant URL based on the
information in the Cloud Landscape Directory (CLD). The SPC call the RFC
function module "CLMS_TENANT_MAINTENANCE" and passes the tenant URL as
parameter.
