What causes this issue?

The task has been completed but errors have occurred. The type of error
does NOT allow the task to be restarted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Analyse the error. As soon as you have eliminated the cause of the
errors, you can complete the task manually.
If you then continue the run the next task will be executed.
