Since the change to the package was not recorded in a transport request,
the changes need to be included in a transport request manually. Follow
these instructions:

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

In the original system of the Customizing activity whose package was
changed, use transaction SE09 to create a workbench order.
Create a task under the transport request.
Change the task type to development/correction.
Create the following TADIR entries:
<ZH>For the Customizing activity</>
Program ID - LIMU
Object type - ADIR
Object name - R3TRCUS0<(><<)>Customizing activity ID>
<ZH>For the TCODE ? The TCODE that was generated for the Customizing
activity is located in table CUS_IMGACH.</>
Program ID - LIMU
Object type - ADIR
Object name - R3TRTRAN<(><<)>As described above>
