  • Message text: Address data table/view &1: Cannot use object &2

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

Switch BC-Sets: Table/view &V1& is is part of object &V2& tables and
contains address fields (fields with 'ADRNR', 'CADRNR', or 'AD_ADDRNUM'
    domains).

    System Response

Object &V2& cannot be used in BC sets because not all subobjects can be
    used in BC sets.
    <ZH>Background:</>
In tables/views with address data, implicit mapping and conversion takes
place of data that is not supported by BC sets. These
mappings/conversions are an integral element of the R/3 System and only
run during the transport of address tables via Customizing-/Workbench
requests (not during the transport of BC sets containing address
    tables).

    How to fix this error?

Since address tables/-views cannot be used with BC sets, these tables
must be transported via normal Customizing- or Workbench requests.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
