What causes this issue?

Document &V1& has been asigned to the IMG activity, in the 'Document'
tab, but it does not exist.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create the document with 'Create' in the 'Document' tab, or cancel the
assignment.
